Payroll Maternity Cover (including but not limited to)

  • Payroll data analysis and submission to payroll providers
  • Review and reconciliation of all payroll data
  • Monthly payroll reconciliations and preparation of headcount, starters, leavers, etc.
  • Payroll adjustments when required
  • Processing of salary and statutory payments
  • Completion of all payroll reporting and tax documentation in accordance with compliance regulations
  • Maintaining accuracy on all employee data related to payroll
  • All queries resolved within the payroll webbased ticketing portal
  • Support for all payroll related audit requests
  • Other ad hoc Payroll duties

The Successful Applicant:


  • Exposure in the EMEA Region (Germany, Poland, Spain etc.)
  • Highly Advantageous
  • Bilingual (Highly advantageous)
  • Extremely strong in UK Payroll processing
  • Experience dealing with outsourced Payroll providers
  • Carry the ability to work independently
  • Team Player

What's on Offer:


Payroll Maternity Cover

  • Salary: £30,000 per annum and above (dependent on experience)


  • FTC

  • Approx. 12 months
  • Uxbridge Based easily accessible
  • Hybrid Working
  • Start Date: ASAP
