Payroll Administrator - Dagenham - £25,000 - £27,000 + BenefitsChase & Holland are partnering a key client and leading provider in their industry looking to appoint a Payroll Administrator. Due to expansion and internal promotion, they require a highly competent, driven individual who wants to progress in a payroll career.
This is hybrid role with full training and possibilities to progress within the business. As the Payroll Administrator you will provide a highly effective and operationally efficient administration to support the payroll function.

This role would be suitedto someone looking for a next step in their career either as a graduate or someone with more Payroll experience.

Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the payroll for circa 3,500 employees across multiple sites
  • Maintain Shared Payroll inbox and adhering to response time SLAs
  • Collate and enter information for all Weekly and Monthly payrolls
  • Managing internal communications relating to Payroll timelines and processes
  • Supporting with the development of processes to drive efficiency of Payroll function.
  • Enter new employees and leavers details, changes, deductions
  • Calculating and processing of SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP in line with current legislation
  • Process adhoc duties eg. Filing, Letter writing, 3rd party payments eg. court orders
  • Manual calculation of offcycle payments to employees
  • Monthly pension administration
  • Payroll reporting

Hours:


  • Fulltime, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working flexible working

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated with a positive attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • System Experience: Excel
  • Be organised, diligent and able to manage their workload and work to deadlines
