Freight Forwarder (Import/Export)


Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking charge to the customs clearance, warehousing, delivery and other service requirements in UK and Europe for the customer.
  • Coordination and management of the cooperative relationship between internal and external operation links.
  • Sorting the company's business process and service standards.
  • Be able to implement process monitoring, emergency treatment and risk prevention.
  • Overseeing, managing and evaluating the company's existing suppliers.
  • Complete other tasks as explained by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated from a university that is approved by the state.
  • Gained more than one year of professional experience in shipping company, fright forwarding or local customs clearance, transportation, warehousing service. Experience in team management is desirable.
  • English language skills. Chinese is desirable.
  • Strong awareness of service and risk management. concentration on the detail. Design service plans based on service request.
