We are looking for a Pass Coordinator Supervisor
to join us at our client site in London.
Our site is a large international corporate bank.


As a Security Officer you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Pass Coordinator Supervisor:

  • Supervising the teamand forming part of the teamresponsible for access control administration by coordinating requests/approvals/production across all client interests.
  • Pass production as per bank policy and assignment instructions for new starters, forgotten/faulty passes,
temporary workers, visitors and VIPs in a timely manner

  • Actively monitor help desk HEAT tickets assigned to EUPhysical
  • Meeting and greeting new starters and staff alike when they report for new/replacement passes
  • Producing access control reports for monthly reviews by senior management
  • Action help desk HEAT tickets applicable for pass administration from acknowledging tickets, reassigning them, carry out the tasks required and closing them
  • Liaising with office managers across EMEA for their pass production requirements

What are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.


  • DS or SG SIA Licence
  • Previous 2 years' experience of working in an pass coordination capacity
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Hold a willingness to work cooperatively and constructively with both your peer group and the leadership provided by department supervisors and management
  • Hold excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding the importance of a good report with the client, service partners and client contacts for EMEA sites
  • Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
