About the role:


The aim of the service we provide is to verify, control and maintain the day-to-day administration of rent accounts, ensuring data and financial integrity is maintained and Audit guidelines are followed.

To manage and reconcile income on the Housing Revenue Account as well as the General Fund for rents and other charges.

To give support and assistance to internal and external customers in all financial queries.


We offer specialist in-house training on rent accounting and housing, as well as operating a bursary scheme for more formal qualifications.

There are opportunities for career progression, which we actively support and encourage.


We offer hybrid working, with a minimum of two days a week in the office depending on service requirements, to support a positive work / life balance.

We can also offer fully office-based arrangements as an option. Our diverse team is based at our Housing Centre in Moulsecoomb.

Additional information:

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
