We have a fantastic new opportunity available right now to join our St Helens Ford team Our St Helens Service department are currently on the lookout for a new Workshop Controller

What Will You Be Doing?
Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Organising Technicians' workloads & daily Workshop tasks.
  • Liaising with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements.
  • To actively promote/sell additional products, services and repair work in a professional manner.
  • Being accurate and precise with all administration.
  • To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
