Marketing Communications Lead - London - £70,000 - £80,0006 month contract
Our client a growing, reputable and professional international organisation is looking for a highly experienced Marketing Communications lead to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and ambitious leadership team totake the business to the next level of growth.
They are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, a flair for writing, a good grasp of digital channels and the ability and confidence to hit the ground running.
Excellent project management skillsand attention to detail are also a must.
The successful role-holder will be someone who has both the gravitas to deal effectively with senior leaders and the ability to deliver strategic and creative communications.

The role will focus on three core areas:
- Digital
- unlocking the potential of digital communications and digitalisation to improve the effectiveness of marketing and communications.
- Content maximising the reach and impact of messages, ensuring content is timely and effective in achieving business objectives.
- People and processes standardising and developing capability in order to create a truly effective marketing and communications function.
Experience:
- Project management experience for a corporate website (or similar) is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write and edit engaging copy
- A proven track record of creating and delivering creative and innovative communications campaigns
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
- Ability to communicate with senior leaders with confidence and become a trusted advisor
- 5+ years of communications experience, and a proven track record of taking ideas and turning them into engaging content.
- Experience of implementing dynamic communications across multiple platforms
- Experience of internal social media platforms, specifically SharePoint, Yammer and O36
- The ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A 'cando' approach to work, proactive and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Bringing innovative and creative thinking to the table, working with designated leaders to introduce fresh approaches to delivering internal change communications
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels and across boundaries (geographical and functional) to maximise the impact of local communications.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with demanding stakeholders and exercise sound judgment in their dealings with them.
- Credible in stakeholder management, relationshipbuilding and the ability to manage senior stakeholders as clients, without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Strong sense of how to add true value as a communications professional, making a solid contribution to the success of the business
- Able to deal well with ambiguity and effectively articulate messages that may be sensitive, unclear or still evolving
