As a leading specialist in the fire and security industry we are currently seeking a Contracts
Administrator to join our highly motivated management team, based in our Batley Office.
As an SSAIB, BAFE and Constructionline accredited company, we are continuing to grow at an impressive rate due to our excellent reputation and trusted expertise in our field.

You will be part of a team who understand the importance of working together to ensure a high standard of work is delivered.
The Role:
- To coordinate and oversee all obligations and the implementation of a national UK client and delivering against contracted targets
- Advising management and supervising the implementation of a specific contract for optimal efficiency
- Procurement of relevant plant and materials and subcontractor packages ensuring best value
- Managing and forecasting project spend using Big Change CRM and Excel spreadsheets to ensure that the work is delivered within budget
- Analysis of labour resource requirements for the project and placement and control of labour and associated costs
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Ensuring that Risk Assessments and Method Statements are prepared and shared with client
- Monitoring of Health & Safety issues in respect of onsite and offsite staff
- Preparation of work in progress reports for submission to the Directors
- Liaising closely with other professionals, other contractors and subcontractors, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships
- Attending a range of project and management meetings
- Evaluating client needs and responding to them

Key Skills & Qualities Required:
- Confident and presentable face to face with good customer skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Sound knowledge and good understanding of the commercial and contractual processes involved
- Selfdriven
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain an excellent level of professionalism whilst always representing
- Competent in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- A team player with a high level of selfmotivation and ability to use own initiative

Salary:
£10.60-£13.00 per hour
