Property Management (Factoring) Officer

Location:
This post is based in the Falkirk office, with hybrid remote working.

Hour of Work: 35 per week, Monday to Friday.


The Role


A Factoring Officer, (£33,251- £41,451, dependent on skills and experience) is sought by C~urb Factoring, part of the Link Group which delivers services to over 7000 homeowners throughout Scotland.

You will have experience in a property management environment and good standard of education, excellent time management, communication, numeracy, organisational skills and attention to detail.

You will provide a professional customer service as part of the Factoring Team, supported by Link's finance and repairs services.

C~urb Factoring, part of the Link Group, operates throughout the West, Central and East of Scotland.


About You
Relevant experience of providing a frontline service to a range of customers is essential for this role.

Ideally with experience of managing arrears and handling complaints, you will have the ability to manage your own workload and respond to changing priorities to meet deadlines.

You will have a basic understanding of Housing and/or Factoring legislation


You will have experience of using MS Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and be able to accurately use records management systems.
