As an Operations Office Administrator you will:
- Be responsible for the daily despatching ( UK and International)
- Daily invoicing to include producing delivery notes / COC/COA's/Labels
- Liaising with hauliers, warehouse operatives, customers and suppliers
- Accompanied documentation for export and import, dangerous goods documentation,
- Logistic planning based on production plan (liaising with Production Planner and Production Manager)
- Monthly transport reports,
- Resolution of quality issues and raising quality alerts
- Issuing certificates of conformity and analysis
- Looking for continuous cost effective ways of transport
- Updating Customer Specs
- Actively looking for ways to improve processes and streamline tasks and General office outgoing mail
