Description

Following a recent change programme, we are now looking to recruit a permanent Extra Care Scheme Co-ordinator to join our Customer Support team.

This role will be on a full time basis working 37 hours per week at our 53 bed extra care scheme in Liscard, Wirral.


The overall purpose of the role will be to ensure residents living in Magenta Living's Extra Care Scheme receive high quality and responsive housing related services in a safe and secure environment that enables tenancy sustainment and independent living.


The individual will need to establish and cultivate robust working relationships with relevant partner agencies through collaboration, communication and agreed protocols.

You should have experience of providing a professional, high quality housing service to older people and those with mental health issues
