Would you like to join a passionate and dynamic Business Systems team, responsible for maintaining and delivering new IT business systems and improving services?


If yes, we have a great opportunity for a positive individual with good communication skills and a customer-centric approach, to join us as a Business Systems Administrator.


In this post you will play a key role in ensuring Community Housing maximises the benefits of our ICT investment through the support, training, and on-going development of our business systems.


Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Adopting a high standard of personal administration skills, whilst managing and maintaining records and files so that these can be readily produced for audit purposes.
  • Providing first line customer support for our core business systems, including but not limited to the Housing Management System (Cx), Asset Management System (Keystone), Contractor system (Cx Contractor) and EDM system (iManage).
  • Monitoring and resolving incidents on the IT Service Desk and promoting Changes.
  • Working with colleagues on maintaining up to date content, e.g. Keyfax (Graphical scripting tool).
  • Working in accordance with IT Service Desk procedural guidelines to ensure consistent, highquality standards for all support issues.

For this role, we would ideally like you to:

  • Have experience of the following:
  • Resolving technical IT issues and using appropriate language to enable discussions with internal colleagues and external technical specialists.
  • Producing documents and manipulate and transfer data.
  • Dealing with customers and suppliers.
