Purpose:


Manchester United is looking for a Strategy Intern on a three-month FTC to assist with custom research and analysis for business development and strategic activities.

The Role:


  • Conducting thorough data analysis, frequently involving the creation of compact Excel databases
  • Benchmarking player sales and acquisitions
  • Conducting extensive research using various resources, including Transfer market
  • Analysing financial statements and conducting benchmarking exercises
  • Offering assistance in the analysis of new strategic business prospects
  • This position will provide support to analysts and managers within Manchester United's central strategy teams.

The Person:


  • No previous experience necessary
  • Ambitious graduate/college or further education leaver with a relevant degree
  • Market research skills
  • Comfort and fluency in handling data and numbers for effective analysis
  • Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on xls and ppt
  • Presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Project management capabilities across a spectrum of topics and projects
