Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Representative at Krypton FM Group Limited, you play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our comprehensive static security services, innovative CCTV technology, and cutting-edge Security Fencing Solutions


Your responsibilities include:

Sales:

Drive the sales of manned guarding services, mobile patrol, waking watch, construction security, retail security, K9 units, and Security Fencing Technology across various locations nationwide.

CCTV Solutions:

Promote and sell CCTV towers and Security Fencing Technology to construction sites and other relevant locations, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge surveillance and access control.

Client Engagement:


Client Engagement:
Develop and sustain robust client relationships by understanding their security needs. Collaborate with the operations team to propose tailored solutions encompassing our full range of services. As a Sales Representative, ensure that clients' accounts are consistently result driven and progressive.


Meeting KPIs:

Take ownership of meeting and exceeding company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the exponential growth and success of Krypton FM Group Limited.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the security industry.
• Strong understanding of security services, particularly manned guarding, CCTV technology, and

Security Fencing Solutions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
• Flexibility for travel, as the role involves nationwide sales prospects.
• Applicants in London and Glasgow are encouraged to apply.

Working Arrangement:

• 1 day in the office is required, with the remaining time spent in the field.
