An exciting position for a Night shift Production Operative to join a well established multi-industry manufacturing business in Trafford Park.

As a Production Operative you will be required to:

  • Compliant with Health/Safety & Environmental procedures at all times Following written work processes, for part marking machines (Inkjet and Dot-matrix), in addition to other tasks as required; Completion of accurate paperwork in accordance with quality standards; Assisting Engineers to deburr machined parts
  • Manage Tool inventory ensuring adequate stock levels;
  • Packing parts according to the Instructions;
  • Work to quality procedures and works' instructions;
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping;
  • To contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes;
This position involves a 2/3 week training period on days, then moving onto a night shift.

Days - 7:30am to 3:30pm - £11.28 per hour

Nights - 7pm to 7am (4 nights) - £13.83 (first 37.5 hours) & £16.65 (last 8.5 hours)
Salary equivalent - £34,000
