This role is pivotal to our scale-up success, centred around architecting our inbound marketing strategy and fortifying our customer acquisition process.
It necessitates an individual with a solid grasp of marketing principles, an exceptional aptitude for demand generation, comprehensive understanding of the SaaS environment, and adept executive leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of inbound demand via our website and blog, improving conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey
- Elevate conversion rates from website visits to demo requests
- Develop and manage a diverse content/editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience
- Oversee the technical aspects of our key marketing systems, ensuring effective lead generation, distribution, and reporting
- Orchestrate the creation, management, and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns to fuel lead generation
- Implement comprehensive analytics in partnership with sales to understand how our inbound marketing efforts convert into customers
- Conduct detailed customer, competitor, and product research
- Compile robust monthly reports offering a clear performance summary against key metrics
- Propose and execute innovative inbound marketing campaign strategies
As Head of Marketing, you'll:
- Act as a company ambassador, articulating our value proposition to customers, translating our mission into effective messaging, positioning, and brand identity
- Take charge of demand generation, identifying opportunities and crafting the right messaging to achieve a return on investment
- Be an integral part of a strong executive team, working closely with peers across sales and product departments
- At least five years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a SaaS organization
- Exceptional command over English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features
- Expertise in SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Experience with Keyword Research Analysis
- Proven skills with Onpage / Off-Page SEO
- Innovative thinker and effective problem solver
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Datadriven and researchoriented mindset
- Adobe Marketo, Dynamics CRM, and Power BI proficiency is highly desirable
- Handson experience with HTML/CSS will be considered a plus
