Description
FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Payable Assistant based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. This is a full time position on a Temporary Contract basis, starting ASAP for up to approx. 6 months initially.


Main duties include:

  • Enter supplier invoices across multiple legal entities and countries ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders.
  • Monitor exception reports to ensure invoice queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Review employee expenses claims ensuring accuracy of VAT treatment.
  • Preparation payment proposals for invoices and employee expenses.
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations relating to accounts payable and expenses.
  • Work in compliance with the policies and procedures of the company to perform all financial transactions.
  • Relevant experience in accounts payable operations.
  • An enthusiastic and committed team player who can establish and maintain strong relationships across the Finance Team
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Have a solutionbased approach and can take initiative in completing tasks.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Westhill: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Accounts payable: 2 years (preferred)
  • Expenses processing: 1 year (preferred)
