Summary:


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage case files, including organising documents, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients and other professionals
  • Prepare legal documents and entering data accurately.
  • Assisting with assembling supporting evidence.
  • Setting up clients and matters in the case management software.
  • You will support the solicitor in providing written confirmation of instructions and strategy in the 'client care' letter or case plan. You will maintain written records of any communications with clients or third parties and ensure those records are on the client's matter.
  • You will assist with assembling supporting evidence.
  • In your support of the solicitor/caseworkers with whom you work, you will manage priorities, maintain good records, pay the greatest attention to detail, comply with deadlines and key dates and assist with following up with fees and bill payments.
  • This role also has flexible remote working; some days a week can be allocated as work from home.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent high level English proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the skills and confidence to create smart looking documents, spreadsheets, and training materials.
  • Experience with legal case management software is a plus but can be learned in the role.

£21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
