Starlink is a communications network that is powered by a constellation of thousands of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites.

About The Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an exceptional Channel Partner Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.


The person in this role will provide vital support to our Channel Partner Manager, ensuring seamless operation of our referral and wholesale partnerships, assisting in contracts and account management, and participating in commercial discussions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Channel Partner Manager, primarily focusing on account management.
  • Handle contract administration including the creation, negotiation, and execution of partner contracts.
  • Deliver toptier service and support to our channel partners.
  • Serve as a liaison between Clarus Networks and our partners to address inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assist in the analysis of partner performance and preparation of detailed reports.
  • Participate in the formulation and negotiation of commercial terms with partners.
  • Maintain an indepth understanding of Starlink Business services and articulate their value to partners.
  • Contribute to the identification and recruitment of potential new partners.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the telecommunications or IT sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Commercially savvy with a good understanding of the business environment and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
