Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a prestigious Financial Services organisation based in Leeds City Centre with 2 days WFH.
This role will involve supporting a team of three Investment Managers, you must have excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills.
The role is working alongside a team of 4 Team Administrator and you will receive training and excellent career development opportunities.
Outstanding benefits - 10% pension, 28 days holiday, 15-25% of salary bonus
The role;
- Supporting Investment Managers with day to day admin tasks to ensure they can maintain client relationships
- Meeting preparation including production of new client paperwork, valuations, and performance summaries
- Assisting with the client onboarding process
- Monitoring of new account opening
- Preparation of weekly reports
- Handling telephone enquiries from third parties and clients regarding their portfolios and accounts
- Organising production, checking and despatch of valuations and client tax packs
- Liaising with operational departments
- Production of existing account valuations
- Undertaking the administration involved in annual performance reviews
- Dealing with compliance related matters such as collation of antimoney laundering documentation, checking client documentation
You will be an experienced Administrator, with excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail is required. Intermediate level on Microsoft Office.
