Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a prestigious Financial Services organisation based in Leeds City Centre with 2 days WFH.

This role will involve supporting a team of three Investment Managers, you must have excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills.


The role is working alongside a team of 4 Team Administrator and you will receive training and excellent career development opportunities.

Salary - £24,000-24,500

Outstanding benefits - 10% pension, 28 days holiday, 15-25% of salary bonus

The role;

  • Supporting Investment Managers with day to day admin tasks to ensure they can maintain client relationships
  • Meeting preparation including production of new client paperwork, valuations, and performance summaries
  • Assisting with the client onboarding process
  • Monitoring of new account opening
  • Preparation of weekly reports
  • Handling telephone enquiries from third parties and clients regarding their portfolios and accounts
  • Organising production, checking and despatch of valuations and client tax packs
  • Liaising with operational departments
  • Production of existing account valuations
  • Undertaking the administration involved in annual performance reviews
  • Dealing with compliance related matters such as collation of antimoney laundering documentation, checking client documentation
About you;
You will be an experienced Administrator, with excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail is required. Intermediate level on Microsoft Office.
