Salary:
£15, £18,965.40 Full Time Equivalent, Salary will be reviewed in April in line with the new National Minimum Wage increase)
Part Time Hours:28 hours per week working flexibly across Monday - Friday with lifestyle hours to suit
Work location:
Home / Cardiff City Centre Head Office CF10 (a minimum of 2 days a week)

Working at least 2 days a week in our modern and central Head Office you can work the rest of your week from home or in the office as much as you'd like.

This is a great professional opportunity to further develop your current skills and experience when it comes to running admin and data processes, delivering top notch front line customer care and building long term relationships to make an impact within the Third Sector.
The Role
As a great step to gain new or further experience and contribute to a charity the job's for someone who's already a fantastic administrator and data processor and can talk about their interactions when it comes to customer service on the phone, in person and in writing.
It's a busy and varied office job seeing you handle volumes of data so accuracy is a must and an ability to work with a database and produce reports super helpful.
Day to day you'll do things like mail sends, action our supporter thanking process, be a first port of call for inbound calls and support the wider fundraising team with various admin and team tasks that prioritise our supporter journeys.
You solution solve, are forward thinking and are fluid and flexible in how you respond to work challenges and opportunities.
It's important people and processes sit at the heart of the good work that you can do in this role.
As an Administrator in this area you'll have experience in:
- Admin
- you've done this type of work already where you handle lots of work, various data and know what it's like to work in a busy role where you need to think on your feet and keep your eye on the ball
- Databases, systems and admin processes you know how important data, efficiency and accuracy is when it comes to this type of work
- Customer service experience (by phone, in person and online) and a team attitude to working together
You're skilled with:
- A good level of admin and customer serviced experience in a busy role with an appetite to grow in the Third Sector
- A way of working that's flexible where you can adapt to the flow and also keep your eye on the ball
- Working with people you're professional and can relate well with others in your role so your way of working is collaborative and you seek out solutions and work proactively to help
- Always seeing the bigger picture and being purposeful in your approach
