InterMoor are currently looking to add a Stock Controller to their team based in Aberdeen on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties:
- Recording movements of all items held in InterMoor equipment inventory including condition pre and post hire
- Logging of equipment at mobilisation and demobilisation to ensure traceability, which will include direct contact with client representatives
- Ensure the timely submission of information to office based staff to enable accurate billing of rental monies due
- General Yard duties including all aspects of housekeeping and stock control
- Equipment Inspection in line with guidelines for pass/fail criteria.
- Working offshore and internationally to facilitate stock taking as required at relevant sites
- Duty Responsibility
- Control of Asset Count under audit controlled supervision to ensure accurate recording
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a mooring equipment handling and inspection role
- Previous experience working within a Yard environment would be preferable but not essential
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to work offshore and internationally when required
- Excellent communicator, in both written and verbal forms with highly effective interpersonal skills supported by good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively with a strong sense of personal accountability and selfmotivation as well as collaboratively within a team
- Creative and adaptable in the ability to manage new challenges
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple, complex and fasttrack priorities with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to promote best practice and QHSE compliance, raising standards through demonstration of own behaviours
- Works closely with others to maximise team achievements and effectiveness through developing relationships and continuous sharing of knowledge and ideas
