InterMoor are currently looking to add a Stock Controller to their team based in Aberdeen on a full time, permanent basis.

The Stoc Controller will be responsible for carrying out duties to facilitate the accurate recording of InterMoor equipment movements.

Duties:

Recording movements of all items held in InterMoor equipment inventory including condition pre and post hire
Logging of equipment at mobilisation and demobilisation to ensure traceability, which will include direct contact with client representatives
Ensure the timely submission of information to office based staff to enable accurate billing of rental monies due
General Yard duties including all aspects of housekeeping and stock control
Equipment Inspection in line with guidelines for pass/fail criteria.
Working offshore and internationally to facilitate stock taking as required at relevant sites
Duty Responsibility
Control of Asset Count under audit controlled supervision to ensure accurate recording

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a mooring equipment handling and inspection role
Previous experience working within a Yard environment would be preferable but not essential
Full UK Driving License
Ability to work offshore and internationally when required
Excellent communicator, in both written and verbal forms with highly effective interpersonal skills supported by good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively with a strong sense of personal accountability and selfmotivation as well as collaboratively within a team
Creative and adaptable in the ability to manage new challenges
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple, complex and fasttrack priorities with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to promote best practice and QHSE compliance, raising standards through demonstration of own behaviours
Works closely with others to maximise team achievements and effectiveness through developing relationships and continuous sharing of knowledge and ideas
