A day in the life of


Reporting into the Shared Service Manager, you'll work closely with the Regional HR Directors, Aimbridge's HR Centres of Excellence and General Managers in multiple exciting hotel locations across UK and Ireland to deliver a broad range of key HR Admin support.

You will support in the accurate processing of and compliance with legislation relating to payroll, recruitment and training.

You'll also focus on delivering the Service Level Agreement to the business to the required standard.

This will involve delivering HR Admin activities that meet or exceed the needs of colleagues, enhances colleague engagement, and delivers both Aimbridge and brand operating procedures including mandatory regulations.


What do we need from you?

  • Hospitality can be a constantly changing and busy environment, so experience in a fastpaced HR, Recruitment or administration role would be key.
  • This role can see you deal with different employee relations queries, so you'll need to be able to communicate professionally and courteously with a range of different stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  • Compliance is key in the work we do, so you'll to have great attention to detail with experience working across multiple complex documents.
