Marketing Officer


Salary:
Up to £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern:
Full-time, Hybrid (2 or 3 days office)

The Job:


Seeking a creative and content-led marketer eager to design, write and implement engaging, branded and digitally performing content across socials, web and CRM.


The role is crucial to a marketing transformation of an established construction-related company, being part of an enthusiastic talented team with lots of flexibility and autonomy.


The ideal person for this role will be outgoing, passionate, like to have a laugh and enjoys a busy workload with lots of projects running at once.


The Marketing Officer will take responsibility for:

  • Leading on socials with graphics, video and branded content (including TikTok)
  • Learning a new funnelbased CRM to create and implement enewsletters and marketing
  • Working with the team to enhance website SEO and begin a website redevelopment
  • Creating stories, blogs and publications to share their success and rank content
  • Using design skills to support comms, presentations, advertising, and social assets
  • Support future paid ads on social media and google
  • Track performance of marketing efforts across socials, web and CRM
  • Be active in site visits and attending events to capture content

As Marketing Officer, you'll have:

  • 23 Years in design, content and marketing
  • Strong social experience
  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & TikTok
  • Skilled in creating graphic and video content with examples
  • CRM and written content experience
  • A passion for marketing and content
  • A selfstarter attitude
