Description

Working on behalf of Liverpool City Council at their Patrol and Response service, based out of Toxteth Annex, Aigburth Road.


Pay:
£11.58 per hour


Base:
Aigburth Road, Toxteth


Shift:3 on 3 off 15:00 - 23:00

Core duties and responsibilities of a Response Officer:

  • You will be required to undertake uniformed duties within a disciplined environment
  • To perform your duties on a client led operational roster, with the necessity of flexible approach to business needs.
  • To respond, manage and contain all security incidents in accordance with company expectations and standards.
  • To proactively deliver an excellent standard of customer service by offering support or assistance
  • To process and record all information accurately & comprehensively ensuring you adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Requirements:


  • Hold a valid SIA License (DS or SG)
  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Able to provide a full 5 years of work history without gaps.
