The Role


Pinnacle Group are looking for a Data Quality Controller to ensuring the success of the contract by providing transparency and insight into all aspects of data and performance, working closely with the Contract Director.

The role is vital to ensure that the team have accurate and timely access to data in order to ensure compliance and inform decision making on all aspects of the contract.

The success of the Meadowship contract relies on data being collected, accurate and visible to support business processes as well as effective asset management over the lifetime of the contract.

The Data Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that data quality is maintained and as such will be key to successful contract delivery.


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Contract Director in driving the strategic direction of the Meadowship contract by coordinating all aspects of data management and contractual reporting.
  • Ensure asset management data is collected effectively and correctly during the procurement phase.
  • Ensure that contracted service levels are understood, associated KPIs are actively managed and performance effectively recorded and reported.
  • Relationship with conveyancing firms ensuring their services are efficient and high quality, that completion statements are provided in a timely manner, invoices are managed as well as SDLT for lease and land.
  • Ensure that all aspects of governance are adhered to and that processes are followed correctly.
  • Support production of the board packs ensuring that reports are informative, high quality and accurate, and that all data is correct and ready for use by the appropriate party.
  • Take ownership of record keeping in the form of a comprehensive SharePoint library of completion certificates and associated legal documentation, as well as an uptodate Masterfile and individual property files.
  • Support the Contract Director in overseeing production of all reports required by Pinnacle (Bromley) Ltd, the Registered Provider in which the portfolios sit.
  • Risk management support the Contract Director in the early identification of potential problems and development of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the Homes Commercial Director in the management of live risk registers for each property owned or in contention and the wider contract risk register.
  • Ensure the accuracy and availability of data to drive business and operational decisions to continuously improve business performance and customer experience.
  • Ensure recording and reporting of performance data in order to keep Pinnacle ExCom and shareholders informed of performance.
  • Maintaining the Masterfile for the contracts including completion statements, solicitor's invoices, receipt of funds and tenancy start dates.
  • Provide solicitors and the wider business with a focal point for all ad hoc questions and provision of appropriate data in relation to the contract.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure the correct transfer of funds to and from the solicitors in respect of the purchase of each property and any completion funds.
  • Work in conjunction with Homes Finance to produce various reports for both Pinnacle month end and the contract accounts.
  • Work in collaboration with the Group Data Governance team to ensure that all activities in Meadowship are in line with data regulations and Pinnacle and appropriate ISO standard levels.
  • Oversee the data migration from old to new systems from time to time.
  • Visibly demonstrate the Pinnacle Values in all areas of your work and interactions within the company and with external partners and stakeholders.
