The Admissions and Client Administrator role will involve the post-holder supporting the apprenticeships and administration team with a range of duties to ensure the smooth and effective running of our growing apprenticeship programmes.

The role provides essential administration support to a range of staff across the team and will be responsible for the timely, and accurate, set up of student accounts on both our booking and learning IT systems.

Although the post-holder can work from home, it is expected that they will work in our Bristol training centre one day per week and be flexible as to which day this is.

This role reports to the Admissions & Client Lead.

Tasks:

  • Setting up our course booking system for new apprentices on programme.
  • Setting up apprentice accounts on our learning system, creating their first learning plan and objectives based on templates provided.

  • Assisting with other aspects of onboarding and client support as required.
  • Updating students' data in a range of different systems. This will require attention to detail and consistency with our standard procedures.

Person Specification:

  • The successful applicant for this role will have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills as they will be dealing with students and their employers.
  • They will be able to manage their own time and workload and also influence colleagues to ensure that deadlines are met, taking responsibility for this where required.
  • They will be able to remain calm, focused and organised under pressure.
  • They will be able to work independently and use their initiative to solve problems whilst ensuring that when help is required, they ask for it.
