Excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join our expanding team.
Psychology Associates provides therapeutic support and training for a wide range of clients including families, individuals, schools and businesses. We are a passionate and welcoming team of clinicians and operations professionals.

The successful applicant will have experience of management accounting and
financial reporting, and have an AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA / CIMA.


We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong IT, numerical and reconciliation skills and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the production of monthly spend reports
  • Uploading invoices and reviewing Xero
  • Processing invoices and credit notes effectively on behalf of the businesses
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and balance sheet Ensuring effective, accurate and timely response to queries and resolving exceptions with suppliers and business
  • Working on daily, weekly and monthly management information reporting cycles
  • Reporting on budgets and allocations
  • Completing allocated balance sheet reconciliations to a monthly timetable
  • Helping to develop excellent financial procedures and policies
  • Supporting the Managing Director with the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Providing general support to the daytoday finance control
  • Occasional payroll as required.

Salary:
£21,500-£26,500 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications

  • An Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for the successful applicant._
