Do you have Project Controller experience, and are you seeking a new job in Leicester? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Project Controller, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Project Controller, you will support the Programme Manager in the delivery of programmes.

You will be accountable for the construction and maintenance of Programme Control reporting systems and data sets within approved budgets, as well as supporting Programme Manager/s in the generation of estimates and price proposals.


In your first few weeks in this Project Controller role, you can expect to:

  • Collect and maintain data in support of Management Reporting
  • Assist in the compilation of periodic reports
  • Support programme activities and deliverables as required, with the ownership and delivery of sublevel activities
  • Coordinate activities required by the Programme across multiple disciplines
  • Generation and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure and Organisation breakdown structure
  • Organisational and planning skills (ability to meet tight timeframes), and excellent attention to detail with high accuracy and the ability to process high volumes of work within structured protocols
  • The ability to work concurrently on several activities
  • Experience in managing small Programmes or subsets of Programmes
  • Proven experience in Programme Control and the basic Programme lifecycle
  • Knowledge of risk registers and previous experience working in an engineering/design and production environment
