We are currently working with an industry leading firm who are seeing a Real Estate Finance Senior Associate to join their team.

They operate at the highest end of the market of investment and development in the UK and Europe.

The Role will include the full range of transactional REF work, often with a cross border element.

You will, where appropriate, be acting as the lead lawyer and delegating and providing feedback to juniors, communicating progress on tasks, managing the billingprocess.

You will also be expected to maintain efficient communication with clients.


The Firm has a global network, so you will also be responsible for establishing effective relationships with groups and individuals abroad.

To qualify for this role, you will be at least 5 years qualified in REF. Your legal skills should be strong, such as drafting, writing and negotiation. You will also have an understanding of client sectors relevant to the firm and role.
