Due to a successful start to 2023, we are now looking to expand our sales operation in our Manchester office.

The office is less than a 5 minute walk from Exchange Quay tram spot offering excellent transport links.


Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm

Salary:
Starting basic salary up to £35k depending on experience + 10% uncapped commission

YOUR ROLE


As a Hybrid Commercial Energy Consultant your main role will be engaging with new customers via telephone on a daily basis through cold calling and inbound leads.

You will be required to obtain interest and a copy of customer bills. The leading product you would be promoting is our energy procurement solution.


Full training is provided, with ongoing support to give you all the guidance and industry knowledge required to push beyond your limits and achieve the unthinkable.


  • 360 energy sales role.
  • Prospecting for business and engaging new customers via outbound B2B sales calls and inbound leads.
  • Identifying key decision makers to understand business energy requirements.
  • Present tailored solutions and industry leading services (energy as a service) which will save customers time and money.
  • Obtain interest and a copy of customer bills.
  • Consulting, negotiating, and closing energy contracts.
  • Develop trusted, longterm relationships with clients to maximise future business.
  • Crossselling and upselling FFB & sister company products and services.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets aligned to objectives (call volume/ call time/ monetary target).
  • Updating and maintaining CRM system with correct customer details.
  • Maintain compliance in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting and promoting the business using social media tools in line with the company Social Media Policy.
  • Consolidate and validate Sales Packs for our TODAY solution and send to business admin daily for processing to sales boards.
  • Working to KPI targets to unlock inbound leads. Inbound Leads can be unlocked when outbound EC KPI Target is achieved inline with the inbound lead policy.
