Do you like a hands on role, enjoy small agency environment and need to mentor to learn from???

A lovely design Agency based in Central London are looking for a Finance Manager to support a Part time FD.

There's also budgeted a Finance Assistant to join the team should the transactions pick up.

The Agency support hybrid way of working, the culture and socials are so great everyone enjoys coming in

The Role:

Preparation of management accounts of 2 x UK & European entities
Ensure monthly billing is in accordance with agreed contractual terms
Manage all aspects of credit control & AP
Review and submit Quarterly VAT returns
Prepare monthly and annual balance sheet reconciliations
Continuous improvement of controls, systems, and processes
Liaise with external stakeholders such as accountants, HMRC, legal team to ensure smooth financial function of the business
Provide support to FD Commercial and Time Reporting, monthly profitability analysis
Staff Utilisation for review with Associates and FD
Financial systems and timesheet and expense training/inductions for new joiners
