Overview:


Duties:


  • Lead the commerical development of the organisation, through active networking and promotion of our service.
  • Hold the CQC registration for the service, as the registered manager.
  • Ensure client centred care is at the centre of service development.
  • Support the organisation in its tenders.
  • Support and mentor the Service Lead in their professional development and day to day operational management of the organisation.
  • Lead on our client experience (Both in terms of B2C and B2B client groups).
  • Manage and lead the leadership team.
  • Develop, monitor and analyse organisation performance metrics
  • Handle escalated clients inquiries and complaints
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance service skills.
  • Report to the CEO and Board on the KPI for the organisation.
  • Liaise and work closely with the other Heads of Departments.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/ or Healthcare
  • Proven experience in a Head of Service level role
  • Ideally experience in a private healthcare organisation
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve service processes
  • Demonstrated ability in supervising and managing a team
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate staff

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 24 months


Pay:
£59,904.04-£78,297.07 per year
