As an administrator you will be responsible for assisting with administrative requirements involved within the export sales area of the business.
Supporting the Export Sales team on their daily tasks.
Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy
Prepare weekly sales report
To play a vital role within the office team in planning schedules.
Market Research
Other general office duties.
Computer literate
Ability to work calm under pressure and prioritise a changing to do list.
Excellent administration and communication skills, both written and oral.
Good organisational skills
Team player
Full training will be given for each separate role in the office environment.
Able to use their own initiative
Self-motivated and able to develop an excellent knowledge of products
Good communication skills
To perform to a high standard when working in pressured environment to thrive under tight deadlines.
