£28,000 - £33,000 + Benefits

My client is one of the UK's leading UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancies, that provides a wide range of Asbestos Management, Water Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Safety services to a large client base across the UK and overseas.

Due to being awarded a large local contract, our client is seeking an ambitious Asbestos Analyst who is looking to develop their skill-set to become a fully qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst/Consultant.

The successful Asbestos Analyst will be BOHS P403 & P404/RSPH3 qualified and will have a minimum of 2 years experience in carrying out air monitoring and 4 stage clearances.

Essential Requirements:

BOHS P403 + P404/RSPH3 qualified
A full UK driving license and willing to commute to sites across the South East
At least 12 months experience working in an asbestos analyst role
Good working knowledge of

HSG:
24- Good understanding of all asbestos analytical duties

Excellent communication skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and knowledge of TEAMS software

Key Duties of an Asbestos Analyst:

Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
Collate data and produce comprehensive reports to be sent to clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Providing specialist advice and assistance when required
Ensuring all work carried out is in line with the Health and Safety legislation with regards to Asbestos.
