Are you a motivated and hard-working individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join an established business, offering a great working environment and the chance for development?

We are recruiting an experienced Estate Agent individual with a proven track record of generating and winning business.

You will be joining a highly successful agency in their very busy Reigate Branch with great potential in terms of earnings and progression.

As a Sales New Business / Valuer you will be responsible for:

Increasing new business levels and increasing market share
Driving the sales department and producing results
Generating and carrying out valuations
Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and applicants
Show leadership skills when needed

You will have the following skills / experience:

Previous experience in the industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate and win business
Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
Proven track record of generating and winning business

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual within the estate agent industry to become a crucial asset to the team as a Valuer to win new business.

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 + commission & company car allowance.

OTE:
£40,000 +

Company car allowance
