Description
We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Administrative Assistant to join our busy Parts Department here at Alan Kerr Limited.
Your role will include:
- Providing the workshop staff with parts required
- Ordering various parts from a number of suppliers
- Liaising with all departments within the business
- Inputting stock onto our inhouse system
- Assist customers with parts enquiries
You will need to:
- Hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence
- Have good time keeping skills
- Be presentable
- Good customer service skills
- Have a good telephone manner
- Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Be able to organise your day and the tasks ahead to complete tasks within a timely manner
- Be computer literate
Your working hours will be 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday 8:30-12:30 worked on a rota basis within the department.
