We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Administrative Assistant to join our busy Parts Department here at Alan Kerr Limited.


Your role will include:

  • Providing the workshop staff with parts required
  • Ordering various parts from a number of suppliers
  • Liaising with all departments within the business
  • Inputting stock onto our inhouse system
  • Assist customers with parts enquiries

You will need to:

  • Hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence
  • Have good time keeping skills
  • Be presentable
  • Good customer service skills
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Be able to organise your day and the tasks ahead to complete tasks within a timely manner
  • Be computer literate


Your working hours will be 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday 8:30-12:30 worked on a rota basis within the department.

Any overtime is paid at time-and-a-half. You are entitled to an hour lunch break during week days (when 6 or more hours are worked).
