Location: 1 London Bridge with frequent visits to other HCA sites

Are you ready to be at the forefront of one of the most significant transformations in healthcare history? We're seeking a Head of Transformation Change Management Engagement and Communication to spearhead our Engagement and communication plan, to build, implement test train and go live our new Electronic Health Records (EHR) Project, revolutionising the way healthcare is delivered.


The Challenge:

As our Engagement and Communication Strategy Specialist, you'll be the architect of excitement and understanding, ensuring stakeholders are not just informed but eager participants in our EHR digital transformation journey.

Working closely with cross-functional operations and delivery teams, you'll be the conductor of collaboration, alignment, and enthusiasm from inception to implementation and beyond.


Your Mission:
You'll own and execute the change management engagement plan, navigating the complexities of stakeholder engagement across our 30 sites. From presentations to workshops, social media to townhalls, you'll craft compelling content that inspires action and fosters open dialogue.

Hands on engagement delivery to vary, ramp you and flex to meet stakeholder needs, and strategic insights will guide our communication efforts, driving continuous improvement and ensuring seamless integration of our new EHR system.

What You Bring:


  • Passion, enthusiasm, dynamic engager with project leadership experience in change management, communications, and engagement, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record in a range of different change management projects, for largescale digital transformation projects,
  • Exceptional organisational and people management skills. Strong understanding of stakeholder mapping, change assessment planning, and engagement planning.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, including interactions at the board level.
  • Familiarity with Business Change Management tools, frameworks, and approaches (knowledge of ProSci is advantageous).
