Ecosurety are looking for a positive and motivated person, who can overcome objections and build strong relationships with a wide range of people.

The purpose of the role is to drive sales aligned to our values and growth strategy, by seeking out highvalue clients.

The aim is to increase Ecosurety's market share in compliance and associated sustainability services, within a changing regulatory market.
As a business we are fast-paced and things change, a lot, as our industry goes through rapid transformation.

We do this whilst challenging ourselvesto deliver projects in line with agreed objectives and quality standards.

Business Development Specialist Responsibilities::


  • Plan and implement sales campaigns to meet sales targets
  • Manage and answer incoming website inquiries from prospects
  • Seek out clients and form working relationships with key buyers and decision makers
  • Maximise sales opportunities and profitability across different key revenue streams
  • Ensure seamless transition and onboarding of prospective clients
  • Manage, and report on, own sales pipeline to the Business Development Lead
  • Regularly communicate new market information to help shape Ecosurety's services
  • Manage and update a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue
  • Adhere and contribute to Ecosurety's Management System
  • Build collaborative relationships with colleagues in different teams
  • Minute taking for prospective meetings

Business Development Specialist Requirements::


  • Effective and clear presentation skills
  • Able to build trusting relationships
  • Ease at meeting new people
  • Experience with tenders (not essential)
  • Firm and persistent when seeking to overcome problems
  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Able to motivate a high level of performance in self and others
  • Track record of meeting individual objectives / targets
  • Demonstrate valid experience of selling a range of multiple services and products (preferably data services, but not essential)
  • Strong ability to build multistakeholder relationships
  • Excellent analytical, IT and administrative skills
  • Strong ability to communicate logically and objectively, both verbally and written
  • Communication and stakeholder management

Central Bristol with hybrid working


Contract Type:
Permanent


Hours:
Full Time, 8-hour day with flexibility

Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000 per year


Benefits: 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, 5 x salary life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, employee health cash plan, paid sick leave, happy to talk flexible working.
