Description
At The Ivy Leaf Macclesfield.

We are looking to recruit a full time bar team member to assist the pub manager and the business owner in the day to day running of the business.

This role also requires you to be comfortable stepping up into management roles in the absence of the Pub manager and or business owner

being able to work evenings and weekend is a must for this role

job will include.

day to day running of the Pub

maintaining the pubs profitability

assisting with the staff rota to ensure the pub is always staffed to the correct levels

being comfortable to take a leadership role with all general bar and kitchen staff


Salary:
From £19,000.00 per year

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Macclesfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 2 years (required)
- customer Service: 2 years (required)

  • Bartending: 2 years (required)
