My client, a commercial vehicle rental organisation with nationwide coverage is actively looking to recruit and experienced Accounts Assistant at their UK head office in Northampton.

Purpose of the role

The role will be the primary point of contact for purchase ledger and credit control. You will have responsible for the entire end to end process.

Duties and responsibilities

Matching, batching and coding of a high volume and value of invoices
Ensure supplier statement reconciliation's are being performed and ensure integrity of profit and loss balances
Resolving all invoice / order queries within a tight time frame
Responsible for invoicing and collection of all revenue
Resolving all invoice / order queries for customers within a tight time frame
Daily cash book
Assisting with month end accounting
Preparation of payments
Other general duties and requested
