Hyde is looking to recruit a Regeneration Project Officer.

As a Regeneration Project Officer at Hyde you will be working within the Partnerships and Regeneration Team to manage the day to day running of an existing regeneration project at pre-construction stage.

You will also manage project viability within defined parameters and support detailed design and planning stages and the procurement process.


Responsibilities

  • Support with the engagement and consultation process with residents and local communities in conjunction with the Resident Engagement Team. Demonstrate partnership working.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders including local authorities, residents/tenants, agents, consultants, contractors and others in the development process.
  • Participate in the procurement of external agencies and contractors and liaise with solicitors, contractors and consultants on a daytoday operational basis, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Manage and maintain financial project monitoring (use of PAMWIM and Argus to manage new business process and existing cashflow). Support the requirement for monthly monitoring and reporting to the internal Project Board.
  • Maintain fully compliant Project Team Working files to comply with internal audit requirements, and the requirements of external partners including Homes England, GLA and 3rd parties. Ensure that all necessary systems and performance measures are updated for use by Senior Managers and other areas of the business.
  • Contribute to the management of risk and take appropriate action to reduce risk in accordance with the Group policy and procedures.
  • When required, assist the Project Manager with the preparation of a concept design and to prepare an outline financial appraisal of that design using relevant software (Pamwin, Excel, Argus)
  • Support with the approval process to seek approval in line with agreed regeneration initiatives and to meet corporate objectives.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Project Support role.
  • Previous experience working within housing is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
