Description

A full-time replacement (10 PA) Consultant Haematologist post is available at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital (SMH), Aylesbury and Wycombe Hospital (WH), High Wycombe.

This is a replacement post created to maintain the department at 8 substantive consultants.

The appointee will be expected to provide, along with the current consultants, a comprehensive clinical and laboratory haematology service for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

The successful applicant will be expected to have broad experience in adult general and malignant haematology and be experienced in managing haematology patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, including patients on high-intensity chemotherapy.

The applicant will be invited to negotiate an area of sub-specialty interest.
