We have an exciting opportunity to join an Outreach Service with a brilliant team who are dedicated to reducing the number of rough sleepers on the streets throughout Croydon and to assist rough sleepers to obtain temporary accommodation, delivering personalisedcase management along the way.

We are looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic Lead Outreach Worker which is a pivotal role within the team.

As the Lead Worker you will be carrying out risk assessment with newly admitted rough sleepers and provide support and advice to theOutreach Workers within the team.
