Description
We are currently looking for a Head of Production.


This role leads a team with strong skills in live event production and gallery management to realise Serpentine's rich and varied programme.

An artist-led organisation, Serpentine offers creative practitioners the opportunity to present work across various platforms including at least five exhibitions per year conceived for its two gallery spaces, live events staged both onsite and at offsite venues and online, and through its renowned annual Pavilion commission.

This role will also identify areas of growth and evolution across Serpentine's production and gallery management activities to align with Serpentine's programmatic goals.


To succeed in the role you will have excellent organisation and communication skills to realise the artistic objectives and vision.


In addition you will have:

  • Experience in production and/or exhibition management;
  • Experience leading a team of production and technical professionals; and
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
