This friendly, independent design agency specialise in brand and packaging design, and they are proud of their amazing work Seeking an experienced Artworker/Retoucher to join their Leeds team.

The team love working collaboratively, so they chose to work in their offices in central Leeds Monday to Friday (so this is not a hybrid role).

What you'll need:

Experience in Packaging Artwork, cutters, and repro.
High technical proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience in Packaging Artwork, cutters, and repro.
Excellent knowledge of major print processes and the variants of each.
Proven experience in your portfolio of photoediting/retouching food and product images.
Ability to work in a fastpaced agency environment.

What you'll do:

Manipulate existing imagery or comp from different sources for enhancement.
Produce artworks from designs, mainly FMCG packaging based.
Work closely with the lead designers and Production Director, you'll create guidelines and advise on any print restrictions and constraints.
Offer technical advice and guidance regarding timing or financial limitations.
Craft and preserve relationships across the studio.
Mentor, guide and develop the knowledge of the more junior members of the team.
