Description
Our client, a well-known retail company with their HQ in Marlow, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend working and days off in the week will be given in lieu.Any day worked on a Saturday or Sunday can be worked from home
Duties include
- Answering queries and resolving issues for customers
- Providing tailored solutions to customers
- Taking ownership of customer escalations
- Monitoring customer feedback
- Completing admin tasks
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Calm and able to work under pressure
- IT literate
- Able to problem solve
- Excellent team worker
