    Friday Evening Meeting & Greeting Volunteer Role

    We are seeking volunteers to help with our Friday Evening Meeting and Greeting role at The Stuart Low Trust. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and be part of a supportive team.

    As a volunteer, you will be responsible for:

    • Greeting participants attending the Friday Evening Event in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    • Befriending new participants who have not attended before, making them feel welcome and included.
    • Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are in place by asking all attendees to sign in.
    • Offering each attendee a ticket in a friendly manner, so they can receive the buffet meal.

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • A mature, courteous, and professional disposition.
    • An awareness of mental health issues.
    • Previous volunteering experience is desirable but not essential.
    • A sense of humour and an ability to stay calm and centred.
    • Willingness to abide by The Stuart Low Trust Code of Conduct.
