Description

We are looking to recruit a number of contracted part time Call Handler/ Receptionists to join our busy team in the GP Out of Hours Service.

As a call handler for the service, you will be responsible for taking calls from health care professionals and liaising with 111.

You will provide reception duties for the service working closely alongside the GP'S, nurses, and drivers.


Your sessions will be carried out at all our satellite locations, including Knutsford, Congleton, Handforth and Macclesfield on a fixed rolling rota basis within the Out of Hours period.

A range of shifts are available including regular bank shifts too.

Front Line reception duties.


Receiving calls from 111/Medical Professionals and recording these onto the patient management system Adastra including accurately transcribing patient demographic details.

Calling back patients when required.

Receive and arrive patients into appointments.

Support to the Out of Hours Clinical team.
