Do you love property, a busy sales environment, and variety in your day-to-day?

We are looking to speak with a New Homes Sales Consultant with a proven background in Customer Service, passion, and flair, who can start work ASAP for a temp assignment with one of our most well-reputed clients in Lewisham, South London.

Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly driven, ambitious Sales Consultant, who lives local to Lewisham and can cover sites in the surrounding areas on an ad hoc basis.

You must have experience as a Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant to be considered for this role.

You will work amongst a team (and lone working on the odd occasion), and your main responsibility will be to manage all the day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite to support the team.

Please note, that there may also be an opportunity for this to extend as our client has exceptional growth plans and may be looking to expand the team further.

We are offering competitive hourly rates.

Job Requirements:

ASAP start
1+ years New Homes sales experience is critical. Or a background in sales and customer service
Well presented with exceptional people skills
Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face through to negotiating offers
